Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Each piece is individually wrapped and cushioned — crystal trees are fragile, and we don’t rush that part.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. Please allow up to 72 hours for the first scan to appear.
Customs & duties
All orders ship from our workshop in China with a “Made in China” declaration. Duties and taxes for US orders are generally covered under the de minimis threshold, but any charges assessed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged in transit?
Photograph the parcel and the item before removing all packaging, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund you in full — no return shipment required for breakage.
