30-day returns. If a piece isn’t right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible
- The item is unused and in its original packaging, including the meaning card and gift box
- You have your order number
- The item is not a final-sale or custom-engraved piece
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send return instructions within 1 business day.
Return shipping
- Damaged, broken, or incorrect item: we cover it, and we don’t need the item back
- Change of mind: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Refunds
Processed within 3–5 business days of the returned item arriving. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take a further 3–10 days to post it.
Bundles
$199 gift sets must be returned complete. Partial returns of a bundle are refunded at the discounted per-item rate.
