At Destiny Energy we want you to love your crystals. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for US orders shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging.
Two Types of Returns
- Arrived damaged or defective: We cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice, at no cost to you.
- Change of mind: You may return the item for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is at your cost. Because we prepay US import duties on your behalf (DDP), those duties are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
Custom Crystal Bundles
Custom-made bundles are crafted to order and are final sale, except where the item arrives damaged or defective (covered above).
How to Start a Return
Email hello@destinyenergy.vip with your order number and a photo if the item is damaged. We'll reply with the return steps. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
