How long does shipping take, and is it really free over $199?
Yes — shipping is free across the continental US on orders over $199. For orders under $199 a flat $12.90 standard rate applies, or $29.90 for expedited. Most orders are delivered within 7–12 business days via tracked DDP courier.
Will I pay extra customs or import taxes at the door?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We prepay all US import duties and taxes upfront, so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — nothing extra arrives with the courier.
What does DDP mean, and why does it matter?
DDP means we handle customs clearance and pay the duties on your behalf before the parcel reaches you. You avoid surprise fees, delays, and paperwork — the smoothest possible delivery experience for US customers.
What is your return & refund policy?
We offer 30-day returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement. For change-of-mind returns, you can return within 30 days of delivery in its original condition for a refund of the item price — return shipping is at your cost. Are your crystals real and authentic?
Absolutely. Every Destiny Energy piece is made from a genuine, hand-selected natural stone — never synthetic or plastic-imitated. Because they are natural, each stone has its own unique color, veining, and character, which is part of its beauty.
How do I care for my crystals?
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. To energetically refresh your stone, place it in indirect moonlight overnight or near clear quartz. Avoid prolonged water soaking and keep pieces away from harsh chemicals and direct prolonged sunlight to preserve color.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email, and you can follow its journey all the way to your door via the courier's tracked portal.
